DouShen AI Short Drama and its related services refer to the products and services provided to you by the legally owned and operated DouShen AI Short Drama client. This "DouShen AI Short Drama User Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is an agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of DouShen AI Short Drama and related services.
To better serve you, please carefully read and fully understand the terms of this Policy before using DouShen AI Short Drama and related services, especially the terms exempting or limiting liability, and terms governing applicable law and jurisdiction. If you voluntarily choose to agree to or use DouShen AI Short Drama and related services, you are deemed to have fully understood this Policy and agreed to be bound by this Policy and other agreements and rules related to DouShen AI Short Drama and related services (including but not limited to service statements, business rules, announcements, guidelines, and interface text prompts). We will comply with national laws and regulations, adhere to the principles of consistency of rights and responsibilities, clear purpose, voluntary consent, minimum necessity, openness and transparency, security assurance, and user participation to protect your personal information.
1.1 Company: refers to the legally responsible entity operating the DouShen AI Short Drama client, Beijing Zhiming Erxing Network Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, also referred to as "we" or "us" in this Policy.
1.2 DouShen AI Short Drama: refers to the client application legally owned and operated by the Company, including the official website (if any) and new forms emerging with technological development. DouShen AI Short Drama aims to provide neutral support for platform software technology and services required for users to browse, watch, create, and share short drama works.
1.3 User: refers to the user of DouShen AI Short Drama products and services, also referred to as "you" in this Policy.
1.4 Account and Password: refers to the user account and corresponding password you obtain after completing real-information registration. You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe; you shall bear legal responsibility for all actions conducted under this account.
1.5 Short Drama Works: refers to short drama derivative works created, edited, and generated by you through DouShen AI Short Drama based on original works, or provided by the platform or uploaded by users, limited to your personal non-commercial internal reference for creative inspiration, including any constituent elements or materials (including but not limited to scripts, character/scene images, storyboards, finished videos, audios, etc.).
1.6 Personal Information: refers to various information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
2.1 DouShen AI Short Drama provides you with a registration channel. Your account and password are credentials for you to log in and use DouShen AI Short Drama and related services as a registered user. You shall properly keep and use your account, password, verification code, and other information, and log out safely after use. You shall be responsible for any account theft or password loss caused by your improper custody or force majeure. If you lose your account or forget your password, you may follow the Company's appeal process to retrieve it. You understand and acknowledge that the retrieval mechanism only verifies the consistency between appeal materials and system records, and cannot identify whether the appellant is the legitimate user of the account.
2.2 You have the right to log in to DouShen AI Short Drama using your mobile phone number and the verification code you receive or the password you set. Your registered account is limited to your personal use. Without the Company's written consent, you are prohibited from gifting, lending, renting, transferring, selling, or otherwise licensing others to use the account or DouShen AI Short Drama services. If the Company finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to the account or permanently disable the account to ensure account security.
2.3 You understand that you need to fill in your personal or relevant information when registering DouShen AI Short Drama for the first time. Once filled, the information cannot be modified. Please ensure that the information you provide is legal, true, accurate, and valid. You promise that the information you provide and the account you set up will not contain illegal or inappropriate content, will not impersonate institutions or celebrities, and will not use others' names without permission. You shall abide by relevant laws and regulations during account registration and shall not engage in any acts that harm national interests, others' legitimate rights and interests, or social morality. The Company reserves the right to review your account registration information or suspend/ban your account in accordance with national regulations and this Policy.
2.4 We recommend that your password include at least three of the following four types of characters: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and keyboard special symbols. You shall be responsible for any account theft or password loss caused by an overly simple password. Except as expressly provided by law, we shall not be liable for any account security or privacy protection issues not caused solely by the Company.
The Company is committed to protecting your personal information together with you. Protecting users' personal information is one of the Company's basic principles. DouShen AI Short Drama will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
When you register or log in to DouShen AI Short Drama, we will collect your mobile phone number, verification code, and login password you voluntarily provide to help you complete the process and ensure account security. You may also need to provide your nickname, contact information, and preferences during initial registration. Collecting your mobile phone number is to meet the real-name system requirements of relevant laws and regulations. Refusal to provide your mobile phone number may result in registration/login failure. You acknowledge that you must provide true and accurate information to successfully create/log in to your account and use related functions.
We provide you with functions for displaying, uploading, creating, downloading, and playing short drama works. To implement these functions and fulfill security obligations, we will collect your account information and necessary device information, assign you a unique identifier, and record your operation information under this identity in log files, including:
When you recharge points or activate membership, we need to collect your account information, purchase type, recharge details, device ID, IP address, carrier information, and verification results to complete transactions, query orders, ensure security, and provide customer service. We will display your points balance, recharge/consumption records, membership validity, and benefits in the relevant pages.
When you contact customer service or submit feedback, we may require your account information to verify your identity and collect your contact information, communication records, log information, and other necessary information to solve your problems. Refusal to provide such information may affect customer service response but will not affect other services.
We may use secure Cookies and related technologies to collect your information, including login status, browsing history, and preferences. 4.2 Any information related to the Company's products or works you obtain through DouShen AI Short Drama, including software, service information, interface, materials, examples, manuals, technical and business data, is the Company's confidential information. You understand and promise that such confidential information can only be used for the purposes of this Policy. Without the Company's prior written consent, you shall not use, modify, disseminate, or exploit the confidential information for any other purpose. You shall not reverse engineer, decode, or disassemble DouShen AI Short Drama or illegally obtain the Company's confidential information.
4.3 You promise to only provide confidential information to project members who need to know it for the common purpose and have signed confidentiality agreements. You shall not disclose confidential information to other individuals or organizations. You shall ensure that the recipients abide by the obligations under this Policy and related rules. Any breach by such recipients shall be deemed your breach, and you shall be jointly and severally liable for the Company's losses.
4.4 You agree to keep the Company's confidential information with the same degree of care you use to protect your own confidential information and prevent unauthorized disclosure. You shall immediately notify the Company and cooperate with necessary measures if a breach or potential breach occurs.
4.5 You acknowledge that confidential information remains the property of the Company. Disclosure does not constitute a grant of rights. The Company may request the return or destruction of confidential information and copies at any time, and you shall provide a written guarantee.
4.6 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Company does not guarantee the value, authenticity, accuracy, legality, or reliability of any information disclosed, generated, or obtained by you through DouShen AI Short Drama. Generated content does not represent the Company's attitude or position. You shall use such information at your own risk and bear all consequences and responsibilities for your judgments and operations based on generated content.
4.7 This clause shall remain in effect and shall not be invalidated by the closure of your account or termination of services.
Unless otherwise agreed with the Company, you agree that DouShen AI Short Drama services are for your personal non-commercial use only. You shall use the services through methods provided or approved by DouShen AI Short Drama.
You shall not use unauthorized plug-ins, add-ons, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the services under this Policy.
Reserved Rights: The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to use DouShen AI Short Drama software and related services. All other rights not expressly authorized by this Policy are reserved by the Company. You must obtain our written consent to use other reserved rights. For the avoidance of doubt, you understand and confirm that DouShen AI Short Drama is only a neutral tool for your internal testing and creative reference, and does not represent any authorization of original works. Please contact our copyright team if you intend to adapt, develop, or publicly release works.
5.2 You shall abide by the terms of this Policy and use the services properly. If you violate this Policy or any publicly effective rules of DouShen AI Short Drama, DouShen AI Short Drama reserves the right to restrict some or all functions of your account, limit usage, temporarily freeze the account, or even revoke the account and terminate services. The Company shall not be liable except for losses caused by our intentional or gross negligence.
5.3 You understand that you need to prepare your own terminal devices (such as computers, mobile phones) to use DouShen AI Short Drama services. Opening the software or accessing the website on your terminal device is deemed your use of the services. You may need to connect your device to the network and bear the corresponding costs (such as traffic fees).
6.1 You understand and agree that the Company reserves the right to provide services for free or for a fee. DouShen AI Short Drama reserves the right to determine the fee standards and payment methods and prompt you on the relevant service pages. You have the right to refuse payment, which will prevent you from using paid services but will not affect free services.
7.1 All information, materials, texts, software, sounds, pictures, videos, content, charts, and works provided by the Company in DouShen AI Short Drama software and related services are the intellectual property of the Company or its obligees, protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China and international agreements. Without prior legal authorization and written consent, you shall not modify, display, copy, distribute, license, make derivatives, transfer, or sell the above content. If you violate this clause, the Company may immediately terminate services, and you must destroy any obtained information. The Company may suspend services, terminate the agreement, and forfeit any fees paid as liquidated damages.
7.2 Without the Company's written consent, you shall not implement, utilize, transfer, or license any third party to implement the above intellectual property rights for any commercial or non-commercial purpose beyond this Policy, or conduct reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of DouShen AI Short Drama or related services. The Company reserves the right to pursue unauthorized acts.
7.3 You understand and confirm that, unless otherwise agreed, the intellectual property rights of short drama works created based on the Company's IP or original works belong to the Company or original obligees. You promise not to use the Company's IP, original works, or derivative works beyond the scope of this Policy without written authorization. You shall not publicly distribute, disseminate, sell, or develop derivatives, or use the Company's trademarks, logos, or data without permission.
7.4 If you upload original scripts or third-party authorized scripts and create short drama works without using the Company's IP materials, the copyright belongs to you or relevant third parties within the scope permitted by law. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, free, permanent right to use (for service optimization, brand promotion, etc.). You promise that relevant content is original or legally authorized and does not infringe third-party rights. You shall bear full legal responsibility for any disputes, and indemnify the Company against all losses.
7.5 For any content you create or upload to DouShen AI Short Drama, we may supervise it in accordance with laws and regulations and remove, delete, or ban accounts for illegal or non-compliant content. We shall not be liable for such actions. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, permanent, free license to use the content (for service optimization, promotion, research) and the right to sublicense and file lawsuits against infringers.
7.6 This clause shall remain in effect and shall not be invalidated by the closure of your account or termination of services.
8.1.1 The information content referred to in this clause refers to any content you create, copy, or transmit during the use of DouShen AI Short Drama services, including registration information and other content generated by using the software and services.
8.1.2 You understand and guarantee that the content you upload, create, publish, or transmit shall comply with the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations, maintain national interests and public interests, and shall not upload, create, publish, or transmit prohibited information. DouShen AI Short Drama reserves the right to manage your information and actions, immediately stop generating or transmitting illegal information, take disposal measures, preserve records, and report to relevant authorities.
8.1.2.1 Prohibited Content in Violation of Laws:
8.1.2.2 Publishing content infringing others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, or trade secrets;
8.1.2.3 Publishing others' privacy or personal information without permission;
8.1.2.4 Publishing harassment, advertisements, spam, or sexually suggestive content;
8.1.2.5 Other information violating laws, regulations, public order, or interfering with services.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to manage your account and service usage in accordance with laws and this Policy. We may take measures including warning, stopping transmission, deleting content, restricting functions, suspending or terminating services, and permanently closing accounts for non-compliant accounts. The Company shall not be liable for any consequences caused thereby.
8.3 You shall abide by laws and regulations when using services and shall not engage in illegal acts, including but not limited to:
8.4 If the Company finds or receives reports that your information violates this clause, the Company reserves the right to independently judge and delete, block, or disconnect links. The Company may take measures including suspending or terminating services and banning accounts.
8.5 You shall not use new technologies such as deep learning or virtual reality to create, upload, or transmit false news or illegal content, or falsely claim synthetic content as natural content. When publishing or disseminating non-real content generated by AI, you shall clearly mark it as AI-generated to avoid misleading. We reserve the right to mark, restrict, or ban accounts for non-compliance, and you shall bear legal responsibility.
8.6 You hereby request DouShen AI Short Drama to provide you with generated synthetic content without explicit logos to optimize your experience. You shall mark the content as AI-generated in accordance with laws and bear full legal responsibility. You shall not maliciously delete, alter, or conceal our logos. DouShen AI Short Drama will preserve log information in accordance with laws. You shall independently bear all responsibilities for failure to mark.
8.7 You shall not use DouShen AI Short Drama to create or disseminate false, infringing, or illegal content, or use AI-generated content for fraud, defamation, or infringement. If you find any infringement or illegality, you shall immediately stop using it and notify us, and we will assist in deleting or blocking content.
8.8 Violation of this clause constitutes a material breach. The Company may terminate services, terminate the agreement, and forfeit any fees paid as liquidated damages. The Company may pursue additional compensation for losses.
9.1 DouShen AI Short Drama provides you with neutral technical services for non-commercial short drama creation. You shall use the services in accordance with instructions and rules. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, transmit, or store. Such content must have a legitimate source and be owned or authorized by you. If the Company receives notices from obligees claiming infringement, you agree that the Company may independently judge and take measures to delete, block, or disconnect links in accordance with laws or this Policy.
10.1 The Company provides DouShen AI Short Drama services on an "as is" basis based on existing technology and conditions. We will make our best efforts to ensure service continuity and security, but we cannot always foresee or prevent legal, technical, or other risks, including force majeure, network issues, third-party service defects, etc., which may cause service interruption or losses.
10.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate DouShen AI Short Drama software and related services for overall operation and security needs.
10.3 You use the services at your own independent judgment and risk. You or third parties shall bear losses caused by your own reasons or third-party actions. Any notice from DouShen AI Short Drama does not constitute any warranty beyond this Policy.
10.4 We may update the software to improve experience, security, and consistency. You should update to the latest version. You understand and agree that we may use your personal information for future product development and updates with strict security and confidentiality. We will obtain additional consent if the purpose changes.
10.5 DouShen AI Short Drama only provides neutral technical support. Content generation is provided by third-party models. DouShen AI Short Drama does not participate in content review or operation. If you use third-party products or services, you shall also abide by their user agreements. The Company shall not be liable for disputes or losses caused by third-party services.
10.6 You understand and agree that you may encounter force majeure (government actions, natural disasters, network issues, wars, strikes, riots, etc.) during use. The Company will make efforts to repair in a timely manner but shall be exempt from liability within the scope permitted by law.
10.7 The Company shall not be liable for service interruption caused by:
10.8 You understand and agree that you may encounter risks from network information or other users. The Company shall not be liable for the authenticity, applicability, or legality of information or damages caused by infringement.
10.9 The Company's right to handle illegal content in accordance with this Policy does not constitute an obligation or commitment. We cannot guarantee timely detection. You should not trust online information involving property, and always verify identities and pay attention to fraud prevention tips.
10.10 Due to technological limitations, we cannot guarantee flawless services. Except as expressly provided by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for using DouShen AI Short Drama.
You may apply for cancellation through customer service. We will assist you after verifying your identity, security status, device information, and complaints, and delete all information related to your account as required, except as otherwise provided by law.
11.2 In particular, if you engage in fraud, infringement, or serious violations during use, the Company reserves the right to actively cancel your account in accordance with this Policy and laws, and you shall bear all consequences.
11.3 Once your account is successfully cancelled, you permanently waive the right to use the account and all assets/data, which will be cleared and cannot be restored. You will no longer be able to log in or use related services.
12.1 DouShen AI Short Drama is mainly intended for adults. If you are a minor under 18, you may use the services only after carefully reading and agreeing to this Policy under the supervision and guidance of your guardian and obtaining consent. Guardians may contact customer service to restrict accounts if consent is not obtained.
12.2 The Company attaches great importance to protecting minors' personal information. Minor users should enhance protection awareness and use services with guardian consent and guidance.
12.3 Minors and their guardians understand and confirm that you and your guardian shall bear full legal responsibility for violations of laws or this Policy.
12.5 To protect minors' privacy, please carefully publish content containing minors. Publishing is deemed as obtaining authorization to display their portraits and voices.
13.1 You understand and agree that due to the special nature of network services, the Company may modify, suspend, or terminate services in accordance with laws or this Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
13.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in any of the following circumstances:
14.1 This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in Haidian District, Beijing, where this Policy is signed.
14.2 Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision. You and the Company are independent entities. This Policy does not constitute any warranty or agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
14.3 If any provision of this Policy is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding.
14.4 The Company may revise this Policy. Revised content shall form part of this Policy. We will announce the updated version and remind you through official announcements, in-app messages, or other appropriate methods. You may check the latest version on relevant pages. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revisions. You may refuse revisions but may need to stop using services.
